I keep on getting a weird message when I try to IM someone.?

Like I said, I keep on getting a weird message when I always try to IM someone. This never happened before. It started like one or two months ago. I keep on getting this message when i IM somebody.

im not really sure what it is but have you tired uninstalling your AIM and downloading it again? it might help .. but i dont know
