I need to find/prepare a legal document that requires the signee, a former employee, to return all Digitalized assets of the company that he/she has retained on her personal computer in the course of working from home. Unfortunately, you're probably out of luck if your dealing with a former employee. If you want your data/project back now, you'll have to sue them if they won't give it back willingly.
