M.A.C 'S blue lipstick?
Although MAC is high end, it is not top of the line, but they do like to play with funky colors. I actually bought a bunch of MAC the other day and the woman was telling me about the blue lipstick. They sent each store 10-15 tubes of it thinking that it would not sell, but in reality now there is a waiting list for people to buy it. I tried it on, and althoug it is not for me, it is a pretty color. It isnt electric blue or anything like that. It is a suble blue, almos silverish shimmer. It is very pretty for a night out on the town I just dont think it is a good shade to be wearing everyday of the week.

Reply:MAC is some high end stuff so they cover all ends of the rainbow. im pretty sure people who model/fashionistas buy it for the look.





i would wear it if i have an outfit matching it/going to a nice club (obviuosly for really crazy stuff) or modeling
Reply:I think they made it because everyone has different tastes. Some people would and some people wouldn't. But i personally wouldn't lol

Reply:actually M.A.C. actually started as photo shoot makeup, so a lot of the colors are not practical for every day use. But they eventually caught on that women like the heavy coverage of their makeup, so they began to market to the public. A lot of makeup artists still use M.A.C. on photo shoots and on the run way, so M.A.C. likes to keep all the options open so they can attract more buyers for their product. And I know a few people who wear crazy colors like blues and greens and yellows and hot pinks when they go out. I live in Los Angeles, so seeing someone with these colors is really not that strange to me. Give it a try, I bet you would actually enjoy playing around with such vivid color!
Reply:I wore blue lipstick occasionally in college. It's something you can get away with at the right time in your life, in the right environment, just for fun.





A lot of people hated it, but it was a blast wearing it.
